Managed and supervised AHERA projects in over 300 Philadelphia schools which resulted in achieving the goal of asbestos-free schools. Assessments included AHERA 3-Year asbestos re-inpections, 6-month surveillance inspections, asbestos sampling, and abatement supervision of major renovations to maintain high air quality standards for students.

Muhammad Ali Center Museum, Fire Restoration

Designed a specialized fire restoration protocol after a fire occurred at one of the most uniquely designed museums in the US. The project resulted in adequate air quality standards that allowed occupants and the public to promptly return to a safe museum space. The restoration included design for the museum’s custom building materials.

Managed a multifaceted concern involving a moisture assessment and specialized repair protocol throughout the vintage theatre. The assessment included a detailed investigation and repair protocol for specialty tapestries, curtains, and vintage wall textiles.

Wyndham Garden Inn Hotel, LA Hurricane Ida Evaluation

Conducted a multi-story commercial storm damage evaluation and microbial growth analysis at the Wyndham Inn in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. The assessment resulted in differentiating pre-existing from storm-related damages for water restoration planning.

Philadelphia Dept of Public Health Water Cooling Tower Program

Managed legionella bacterial water sampling at over 75 commercial structure cooling towers to derive statistical data for the DOH. The data initiated the birth of federal Legionnaires’ Disease regulation.

Supervised abatement of asbestos materials during the 4-year-long major demolition and renovation of one of the largest museums in the nation. The various projects ensured regulatory compliance and removal of asbestos for safe re-occupancy.

Mountville Mills, Inc, Hailstorm Moisture Evaluation, GA

Managed moisture mapping and estimating for four 50,000+ square foot rubber manufacturing plant facilities following a hailstorm water intrusion. The facility is home to one of the global leaders in floor mat manufacturing and rubber compounding. The project resulted in providing a mold cleaning protocol designed for occupants to safely return to work conditions.
