Brittany Dahlk is an organized and solutions-driven professional who brings a strong background in operations, executive support, and event coordination to her role as Engineering Operations Specialist at FEC. Known for her attention to detail and proactive approach, Brittany supports daily operations, coordinates internal processes, and helps ensure seamless communication across teams. She plays a key role in maintaining efficient workflows, supporting project logistics, and contributing to a productive and collaborative work environment.

Prior to joining FEC, Brittany’s background was in the music and entertainment industry, where she supported C-level executives and led logistics for high-profile events, conferences, and national and global initiatives. She worked with a wide range of clients and partners, delivering a high level of customer service while managing complex schedules, vendor coordination, and fast-paced operations. This experience has equipped her with the adaptability and problem-solving skills she brings to her role today.

Originally from a small town in Minnesota, Brittany relocated to Nashville right after college. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, listening to her vinyl record collection, staying active, catching live music at a local honky-tonk, and buying unnecessary house plants.
